Meetings are called to order by the president and attendance is taken. Committee reports are given and there is time for a general horticulture discussion, usually regarding current gardening practices and problems. Generally, most meetings  feature a workshop or program. 

Snacks are provided by the hospitality committee, while members bring their own beverage.
